If you do not maintain dental hygiene. That is because bananas are rich in sugar, they can cause tooth decay if you do not clean your mouth properly.
Blood Sugar
Excess of bananas might increase blood sugar levels. Though the fruit has fiber to counter this effect, still, if your sugar levels are on the edge, take care and consult your doctor. Do not take a chance.
Kidney Disease
If you are suffering from any kidney disease, then reduce your banana intake. Because damaged kidneys allow potassium to build up in your blood, leading to heart complications. However, bananas are super good fruits if you take them normally.
